I need help urgently to survive

I was fooled and stolen and left without nothing, all my savings are gone and I'm working day and night to pay bills and get on my feet again. I'm barely eating now and mostly important I do treatment of severe OCD and depression and can't afford the remedies, I'm without my medication since then and I'm losing it. A suicide attempt happened last week and I'm desperate, i need help to buy my medicines at least. ANY amount is extremely helpful.
